One room is located at the level of the raised ground floor in the central part of the building. It has two single beds and features a small table with limited sea view.
The second room is located on the first floor and on the side of the building. It includes a double bed and features a separate balcony with permanent shade and a coffee table that offers side view to the sea. In addition, this room has an extra table on the building's bridge, which offers a unique sea view.
The third room is located on the first floor and in the central part of the building. It has two single beds and features sea-view filigree. This room has a small table in a comfortable terrace.

There is the possibility for early check-in and late check-out based on availability and upon timely arrangement.
 
Cancelation Policy: 
  • The finalization is made with the payment of 20% of the total value of the reservation
  • The reservation can be canceled at no extra charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival of the reservation.
  • In case of non-appearance or cancellation of the reservation on or after the date there is a charge equal to 100% of the total value of the reservation.
