These rooms are located on the semi-basement level of the building and they therefore have no view. However, they have natural lighting due to windows and they offer the general advantages of the location of our building and services at an economical cost. In addition, these rooms have a patio table on the ground floor and the front of the building respectively. Please let us know if you need one double or two single beds.
 

One room is located at the level of the raised ground floor in the central part of the building. It has two single beds and features a small table with limited sea view.
The second room is located on the first floor and on the side of the building. It includes a double bed and features a separate balcony with permanent shade and a coffee table that offers side view to the sea. In addition, this room has an extra table on the building's bridge, which offers a unique sea view.
The third room is located on the first floor and in the central part of the building. It has two single beds and features sea-view filigree. This room has a small table in a comfortable terrace.

This maisonette is on the ground floor and on the side of the building. It includes a double bed and a sofa bed that develops in a comfortable bed if there is a need for a third bed. It has a table in a comfortable courtyard with permanent shade.

Στο επίπεδο του υπερυψωμένου ισογείου και στο μπροστινό μέρος του κτιρίου βρίσκεται το τετράκλινο δωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ ο οποίος αναπτύσεται σε άνετο κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει ξεχωριστό και άνετο  μπαλκόνι με τραπεζάκι το οποίο προσφέρει μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα και στην πόλη της Χώρας.
